What Data We Collect
To provide our services, we collect the following types of information:
- Data you provide directly: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), profile picture (optional), partner card number (e.g., Multisport — if you want to use it for classes), and other data you provide during registration and profile completion.
- Usage data: information about your interaction with the application, such as registrations for competitions, events, courses, and classes at dance schools, class attendance history (including QR code check-ins at the reception), results, learning progress (levels, syllabus, exams), purchased passes, tickets and products, submitted reviews and completed surveys, as well as favorite events and courses.
- Device data: information about the device you use, including model, operating system, and a unique device identifier for sending push notifications.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data for the following purposes:
- To provide and personalize our services, including managing your participation in competitions and events.
- To handle your participation in dance school classes: course enrollments, attendance records, passes, partner cards, exams, and learning progress.
- To process payments for tickets, passes, and school shop purchases (via the Tpay payment operator).
- To communicate with you, including sending notifications about competitions, events, schedule changes, school and course announcements, and important service information, as well as handling messages exchanged with a school in the application.
- To ensure the security and improve the performance of our application.
Data Sharing
Your data may be shared with service providers who assist us in operating the application (e.g., Google Firebase for authentication, Azure for hosting and email services), as well as with:
- Organizers of competitions and events you register for — they become separate controllers of your data with regard to organizing the event.
- Dance schools in which you enroll in courses and classes or from which you purchase passes and products — they become separate controllers of your data with regard to running classes, attendance records, and settlements.
- The Tpay payment operator — to process payments.
- Sports card operators (e.g., Multisport, Medicover Sport) — solely to verify the card and settle class entries, if you use a partner card.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. You can manage your data in the application's profile or use the dedicated account deletion page.
